DAYCARE DURING COVID – 19
How are we to keep the youth at hand healthy and active during this COVID-19 with sports canceled and postponed? Local Parks removed the basketball hoops and the playgrounds have been roped off?
Children need to always stay on a daily routine so they know what to expect throughout the day. Children should still get an adequate amount of sleep even though school is not in session. Computer and video game playing should still be at a minimum so their eyesight does not go bad. Eating 3 meals a day should also stay in the routine of the day so obesity does not set in along with diabetes high cholesterol and heart problems. It’s good for families to spend time together playing board games and getting outside for a small walk just to get some fresh air. Arts and crafts are always great activities to do. The holidays that pass or coming up are a great start for arts and crafts. Those students that are graduating would love to receive a small gift just to let them know that they did a job well done and congratulations on your next level of life. Everything you need to be in a gym to get a workout. Get creative and use what’s around the house for you to get a nice workout in for weight lifting and resistance exercises.
